We would like to thank all those who have participated in the Best of 2017 Movie Awards! It is now time to reveal the winners of the Comic Book Movie of the Year poll!
2017 has no doubt been a landmark year for the genre. So which movies have managed to stand out from the rest?
Let us first look back at the voting procedure again – All movies, that are adaptations from comic books, released between 1st January and 20th December 2017 were eligible candidates. Each voter was entitled to vote for up to 2 different movies. The movies are simply ranked according to the number of votes received.
1) Logan
Given that it managed to finish no. 2 on the Movie of the Year poll, it is no surprise that Logan has been voted as the Comic Book Movie of the Year! The final Wolverine movie has really transcended the genre, and it is our clear winner with a whopping 32.2% of votes.
2) Thor : Ragnarok
Marvel has produced a winner with Thor : Ragnarok. The third Thor movie is by far the best received of the trio. It polled 21.6% of votes to finish as the second best comic book movie of 2017.

3) Wonder Woman
DC had an unquestionable hit with Wonder Woman. Gal Gadot was immensely popular as their flagship female superhero. With 16% of votes received, Wonder Woman rounds out the top 3 in our Comic Book Movie of the Year poll.
